Step 2: Break the pattern.
When that voice tells you “You can’t do it,” imagine it standing right in front of you. Look it square in the eyes and say: “STOP.”
Out loud.
Yes, really.
I know—if someone sees you do this, they might think you’re a little out there. But if you’re alone? Do it. Loud and clear. STOP.
Because sometimes, you’ve got to shock the system to interrupt the loop.
That moment right there? That’s when you shift.
Step 3: Step into your Genius.
When you disarm the Little Voice, what’s left?
Your Genius.
That part of you that dreams big. That takes bold action. That inspires others. That creates, leads, sells, and wins.
That’s the real you.
