Write the justifications next to each item. As you read the list and justifications, you will come realize how small your justifications are compared to the things you could achieve. This will help you quiet your “Little Voice” and regain your energy and optimism.
Step 1 Awareness. Being able to step outside yourself for a minute and notice what you are thinking is the first step toward clarity.
Step 2 Management. Knowing when and how to challenge and manage your “Little Voice” can set you free from recurring self-sabotage, fears, and doubts that stop you from pursuing bigger goals in your life and going after your dreams.
